Definitions

• BadgeNotify means the website, public badge data surfaces, and related alert channels operated at badgenotify.com.
• BadgeScout means the browser extension that surfaces campaign data, local tracking, and reminders in a browser popup.
• Services means BadgeNotify and BadgeScout together, unless a section applies to only one of them.

BadgeNotify service

BadgeNotify provides a public Twitch badge tracker and archive browser. You can browse active, upcoming, final 24h, and archived campaigns, read claim requirements, and open badge detail pages. The service is offered as-is. BadgeNotify does not grant Twitch badges and is not affiliated with Twitch unless stated otherwise on a specific page.

BadgeScout extension

BadgeScout shows active and upcoming badge campaigns, matching live channels where available, claim details, local tracking, and configurable reminders. Settings and reminders are stored locally in your browser. Campaign and category information comes from public BadgeNotify/BadgeScout service APIs and can be delayed, incomplete, or changed when Twitch changes a campaign.

BadgeScout is available for Chrome and Firefox via the official browser stores. Store distribution does not mean Mozilla or Google endorse BadgeScout, and updates may change features.

Notifications

Badge notifications are currently available through BadgeScout and our Discord community. BadgeNotify does not currently offer a public account-based alert center on the website. Those external channels have their own terms and policies.

Badge information and availability

Badge campaign details, timing, and claim requirements can change on Twitch's side. The Services do not guarantee that badge information is complete or current, that a badge remains available, reachable, or claimable, or that you are individually eligible. You are responsible for checking current Twitch terms and each campaign's conditions.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse support forms, automated requests, or site APIs. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape at disruptive volume, misuse reminder or notification features, or submit harmful content through feedback channels.

External services

Links to Twitch, Discord, browser extension stores, and social platforms are provided for convenience. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Local browser preferences and extension storage are described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular badge claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law. Where liability may lawfully be limited, BadgeNotify is not liable for missed badges, incorrect timing, campaign changes, Twitch grant decisions, or issues caused by third-party services. Use the tracker as a helper, not as a guarantee of badge eligibility or delivery.
